Alpha - make up the highest castes; considered the most beautiful; humanoid; almost never mate "lower" than a mech
Mech - the average Cybertronian build; humanoid
Beast - animal builds
Insect - insect builds
Symbiotes - either a carrier or a cassetticon

Alt mode: 
Ground (i.e. truck, car, motorcycle)
Air (i.e. planes, helicopters; root mode MUST have large planes of metal useable for wings)
Items (i.e. guns or other weapons, cameras, etc.)
Forms (i.e. animal to humanoid or visa versa)
Cassetticon (smaller robots that form into cassettes to be housed in their symbiote's chest; however, can exist separately but vulnerable due to tiny size)
None (too old, too damaged, too sensitive, etc.)

Size: Influenced to some extent by alt mode, but can subspace mass to either add to or subtract from untransformed (root) size
Mass positive - subspace mass when going into alt mode (a.k.a larger in root)
Mass negative - subspace mass when going into root mode (a.k.a larger in alt)
Mass neutral - same mass or mostly same mass in alt and root

Colors: 

Pronoun: Not traditionally male or female as robots, but what pronoun would they use or how do they appear to other species with a binary gender state

Spark Characteristics: 
Single - most common
Sibling - sparks that share a common carrier ("female"), coder ("male"), or both
Twin - a spark that split into twin sparks; may or may not be housed in separate bodies, more unstable mentally if not
Triple - a spark that splits into triplets; may or may not be housed in separate bodies, more unstable mentally if not
Trine - type of bond between three sparks
Gestalt - type of bond between multiple sparks; combiner teams or symbiotes
Bondmate - type of bond between lovers who are now "married"
